He entered our seminary of Morrinhos (GO) in 1988 and was ordained in Rio de Janeiro in 1999.
After his ordination he was sent as formator to accompany the candidates of the house of hospitality in Rio de Janeiro and Goiânia, where he also exercised his parish ministry with much fruitfulness.
In his work he showed enthusiasm, creativity and easiness of communication, together with a capacity of welcoming people, attracting especially the younger ones. He was an authentic Stigmatine at the service of the Christian education of youth.
On 11 January he was involved in a serious car accident at Laranjeiras (Paranà) where he was spending a period of rest with his relatives. After a surgical operation in the hospital of Guarapuava, his conditions worsened. He died on 27 January 2001 at 29 years of age, after only one and a half year of priesthood.
