On January 18, 2011 - Father Charles Edward DOLAN, C.S.S., 83 yrs. old, passed to his eternal reward during his travel to visit Thailand.

Fr. Dolan was born in Rochester, New Hampshire, U.S.A., on October 10, 1927. He had 4 brothers and 3 sisters. After several years as teacher at Dowroongwittaya School in Phuket, he moved to Ranong and Trang as pastor, and then to Samphran as Vice Provincial superior for 3 years. Since 2003, he returned to the United States and was assigned as director of mission office.

The Stigmatine community in Thailand remembers Father Dolan’s wonderful sense of humor and dedication to all his ministerial assignments. He always offered his very best and was ready to serve wherever he was called.
